We're looking for mentors with:
Previous experience organizing a university group, typically at least 1 year.
Strong interest in mentorship.
Reliability and good communication skills.

Details
Commitment
- • Attend the Pathfinder kickoff call on August 15, or watch the recording if this isn't possible.
- • Be available for three weekly hour-long calls with your mentee.
- • After these initial calls, continue to meet with your mentee monthly or bimonthly according to preference.
- • Attend ~monthly 30-min check-in calls with the Kairos team.
Expectations
- • Do your best to be available at times that work for your mentee.
- • Show up prepared and on time for mentorship calls, and make sure your mentee does the same.
- • Be encouraging, supportive, and warm to your mentee.
Compensation
- • $100 USD for the first three calls
- • $300 USD for continuing through the semester
